If you have a small issue that needs fixing fast, we’ll ask you to send us a few photos of the area and access points. If we can assess the problem from these images, we’ll send over an estimate right away.
However, sometimes we need more information before giving a quote. Here’s why:
- The damage might be more extensive than it appears in photos.
- We might not be able to determine the exact type of tile or slate without an inspection.
- The issue could be part of a bigger underlying problem that requires a closer look.
If we can’t confidently quote from photos, we’ll explain why and arrange a quick visit.
Option 2: Full Roof Survey (Most Popular Choice)
For a detailed assessment of your roof, we offer a comprehensive roof survey. This is the best option if you:

✅ Want to check the overall condition of your roof.
✅ Need a professional report for insurance or planning purposes.
Here’s what happens during a survey:
🔹 A Team Lead or Supervisor will conduct a full visual inspection of your roof.
🔹 We use ladders or a drone to take high-quality images from all angles.
🔹 Where possible, we inspect the internal side of your roof for hidden issues.
🔹 You receive a PDF report with our findings and a clear estimate for any necessary work.
💰 Cost: £60 (£50 + VAT)
A small investment for peace of mind and a clear action plan.
Option 3: Full Insurance Compliance Survey
If you need a detailed roof inspection for insurance purposes, we offer a full Insurance Compliance Survey. This is a more in-depth assessment designed to meet insurance company requirements and ensure your property is fully protected.

Came to look at leaking roof and explained what work required to be carried out and would send quote. That was on 4th October and I have tried contacting him by text , e mail and messenger but to no avail and even asked if he could recommend another roofer if he was too busy to carry out my roof repairs but no response.
